CO-ED INTERMEDIATE VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
This league is meant for teams with above-recreational ability, and will have an emphasis on sportsmanship.  Games are played on Monday evenings.  Scoring is done using rally scoring to 25 points to insure that games start on time.  The Fall league begins later in September and runs 10 weeks plus playoffs.  The Winter/Spring league begins the middle of January and runs for 12 weeks plus playoffs.  Registration forms are available at the front desk of the Superior YMCA.

NOON ADULT BASKETBALL
Get a great workout in during your lunch break.. Pick-up games are played Monday - Friday from 11:45-1:30pm.  Must be 18 years of age to play.

Cost is FREE for members, and non-members pay the adult daily rate.

4-On-4 VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
This is a competitive league for those teams with advanced ability.  Teams can be men's, women's, or co-ed.  Games take place on Sunday evenings.

Scoring is done using rally scoring to 25 points to insure that games start on time.  The Fall league begins later in September and runs for 10 weeks plus playoffs.

The Winter league starts the beginning of January and runs for 5 weeks plus playoffs.  The Spring league begins the middle of February and runs for 8 weeks plus playoffs.  Registration forms are available at the front desk of the Superior YMCA.
