If you are interested in receiving
financial assistance for your YMCA membership you will need to apply at
Northwest Community Services. This is the first step in our screening

Northwest Community Services is
located at 1118 Tower Avenue. You will need to provide the following documents
in order to have your scholarship approved:
-
Head of household’s
social security card.
-
Proof of any and all
income; including pay stubs for all household members, child support,
financial aid, etc. You
MUST provide proof of income when you apply. If
you do not bring proof of income your scholarship may not
be approved.
-
Current tax information
(W2 from the prior year)
-
Current piece of mail with
your name and address shown on it.
If approved, you will receive an
acceptance letter during your visit to NWCS. Please read this letter carefully
as it explains the scholarship membership process.
