GIVE TO THE Y

The Y is in your community to give everyone an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive. When you give to the Y, your gift will have a meaningful, enduring impact right in your own neighborhood. With a focus on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, the Y works to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation’s health and well-being, and give back and support neighbors.  At the Y, no child, family or adult is turned away. We recognize that for communities to succeed, everyone must be given the opportunity to be healthy, confident, connected and secure.

Here are some of the ways you can make a difference in our community.

Debt Reduction Campaign

The Y has been offered a challenge to reduce our debt by Reuben Johnson & Son. For every three dollars raised, they will contribute one dollar up to $100,000.  Please consider a gift. Challenge ends on December 31, 2011. for more information click here!

Strong Kids Campaign

At the YMCA, one of our most important goals has always been to enrich the lives of kids and families in our community.  But when some are left out, it leaves us all a bit poorer.  As a person with vested interest in the future of your community, you can help these kids grow into responsible, successful adults. YMCA  activities help children develop valuable skills, gain confidence and build self esteem.  By contributing to YMCA Strong Kids, you can help us teach these young people such important values as caring, honesty, responsibility and respect.

Heritage Fund

A gift to the Heritage Club (YMCA Endowment Fund) is a gift that will keep on giving.  Only interest earnings from the fund will be used to enhance YMCA programs and facilities.
