Fit Choices^SM by Medica
It pays to stay fit. Ready to get fit, burn calories and save money? To provide an extra incentive to work out regularly, the Fit Choices by Medica program provides a $20 credit toward your monthly membership dues when you work out at least eight days per month. Bring in your Medica card today to see if you qualify.

	Frequent Fitness Program
Join the HealthPartners Frequent Fitness Program and get up to $40 a month reimbursed towards your membership at the YMCA – just for working out. Any HealthPartners member over age 18 can join frequent Fitness Program. Work out at least 12 days per month and your reimbursement will be taken right off your monthly membership dues.

	Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota
Be rewarded for your healthy habits. Bring in your BCBS of MN cards today to find out if you qualify for BCBS of MN Fitness Discount program. If you’re eligible you can receive up to $40 a month reimbursement towards your monthly membership fee for working out at least 12 days each month.
