Join the YMCA

Nationally, YMCAs have been building strong kids, strong families and strong communities for over 150 years, and we are just getting warmed up.

Locally, the Superior Douglas County Family YMCA has been in the community for over 100 years.

Our Mission:  To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build  healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

The YMCA has something for everyone.

Becoming a member of the YMCA is as easy as 1—2—3:

1. Stop by for a tour of the YMCA.  Ask our staff any questions you may have.  We’re here to help!!!
   
   
2. Fill out a membership application.  Bring in a voided check if you would like to be on our bank draft plan.
   
   
3. You will receive your card  and you may start using the YMCA right away.  Sign up for an orientation if you plan to use the fitness room.
